We took a road trip to Seattle for a family wedding. The drive wasn’t too bad, we left early enough where the kids slept most of the way and when they were awake they played with their toys or watched videos. On the way up near Shasta we saw a serious fire burning. It made for a nice sunrise.
The girls were part of the wedding party and got to do girly things. They got their nails done, put on make up and got their hair done. They totally ate it up. The two of them actually did pretty good walking down the as flower girls. It did take some candy/bribery, but at least they did it. 🙂
It seems that all we have done since have been here is eat; Dick’s and Taco Time were some of the obvious choices since arriving. We still need to hit up our favorite coffee joint, B&O, they have the best German Chocolate Cake too. We will probably be heading back a day later than planned one of the girls’ aunties asked us to stay a little longer. No worries…Just another round of golf for Daddy to have before heading home. 🙂
