So back on Sept. 29th the Big One hurt her knee playing soccer. We took her to the Dr. and he thought it was a sprain. 2 and 1/2 weeks later we find out it is a fractured tibia. Basically it is a bone spur caused be the tension of the ACL. The bone tends to give before the tendon in children. I hope this turns out to be a good thing. She is taking it in stride. She was able to get a SF Giant colored cast.
