Okay, so this is a little late. Better late than never?
It is really unfortunate the Little One’s birthday is so close to Christmas, we always seem to have a difficult time gathering up people to celebrate it with us. This year we went to Chuck E Cheese for pizza and fun. We had a small turnout, but we still had big fun. The kids got lots of tokens to play with all of the games and we all ate a lot of pizza and cake. All in all it was a great time. There is one little issue though….The Little One is scared of the big fury characters. We learned this when we were recently at Disneyland, but we figured she would soon get over it. Boy were we wrong. When Chuck E Cheeze came out to sing Happy Birthday, she was terrified. I suppose I would be too if I saw a 5 foot fury looking rat, okay mouse, but he looks like a rat. Anyway, she was so scared she started screaming and crying. Poor thing. We had to hold her and tell her it was okay. Once we took her back to the games she was all better, go figure.
